  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 cup mixed fresh veggies (like bell peppers, lettuce, and corn)
  • 1/2 cup creamy sauce (like ranch or a yogurt-based dressing)
  • 4 large tortillas

Method
 

Cooking Chicken
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  4. Remove chicken from skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Assembling Wraps
  1. In a bowl, mix the fresh veggies with the creamy sauce.
  2. Lay a tortilla flat and add sliced chicken and the veggie mixture.
  3. Roll the tortilla tightly and slice in half.
  4. Serve immediately or wrap in foil for a lunch on the go.
