Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
Assembling the Dessert
- Spread a layer of strawberry pie filling on the bottom of the graham cracker crust.
- Add a layer of the cream cheese mixture on top of the strawberry layer.
- Spread a layer of blueberry pie filling over the cream cheese mixture.
- Top with any remaining cream cheese mixture.
Chilling
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set before slicing and serving.
Notes
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days. Garnish servings with fresh berries or whipped cream if desired.
