Filling Ingredients
  • 1 cup strawberry pie filling
  • 1 cup blueberry pie filling
Cream Mixture Ingredients
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Ensure it is softened for better mixing.
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream Whip until stiff peaks form.
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Base Ingredients
  • 1 package graham cracker crust

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  3. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
Assembling the Dessert
  1. Spread a layer of strawberry pie filling on the bottom of the graham cracker crust.
  2. Add a layer of the cream cheese mixture on top of the strawberry layer.
  3. Spread a layer of blueberry pie filling over the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Top with any remaining cream cheese mixture.
Chilling
  1. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set before slicing and serving.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days. Garnish servings with fresh berries or whipped cream if desired.
