  • 4 slices turkey breast deli-style
  • 4 slices cheese cheddar or Swiss
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • mustard or mayo optional

Instructions
 

  • Lay out the turkey slices on a clean surface.
  • Place a slice of cheese on top of each turkey slice.
  • Add a lettuce leaf on top of the cheese.
  • Spread a small amount of mustard or mayo if desired.
  • Tightly roll up each turkey and cheese slice to form a roll-up.
  • Secure with a toothpick if needed and serve immediately.

Notes

You can switch up the cheese or add avocado slices for extra flavor. Great for meal prep or a quick protein-packed snack!
