Instructions
Lay out the turkey slices on a clean surface.
Place a slice of cheese on top of each turkey slice.
Add a lettuce leaf on top of the cheese.
Spread a small amount of mustard or mayo if desired.
Tightly roll up each turkey and cheese slice to form a roll-up.
Secure with a toothpick if needed and serve immediately.
