- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg yolks and vanilla extract. Mix until combined.
- Gradually add the flour and mix until a soft dough forms.
- Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on prepared baking sheet.
- Use your thumb to make an indentation in the center of each cookie and fill with jam.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes or until lightly golden. Let cool before serving.
