- Add Greek yogurt and cream cheese. Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Add honey or maple syrup and vanilla extract. Stir to incorporate.
- Fold in the strawberries, slicing them if they're fresh.
- Divide the mixture into jars or containers.
- Refrigerate overnight.
Serving
- In the morning, give the oats a good stir and top with additional strawberries, nuts, or granola.
Notes
These oats can be kept in the fridge for up to 3 days. For a warm breakfast, heat them in the microwave for 30-60 seconds.
