Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, prepare the white cake mix according to package instructions using the water and eggs. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Topping and Assembly
- Once the cake has cooled for about 10 minutes, use the handle of a wooden spoon to poke holes all over the cake.
- Pour the strawberry and blueberry sauces over the top of the cake, ensuring the sauces fill the holes. Allow the cake to cool completely.
- In another bowl, whip the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until soft peaks form.
- Spread the cheesecake whipped cream over the cooled cake and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
Serve chilled for the best taste. Garnish with additional fresh berries or mint leaves if desired, and consider pairing with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
