  • 1 tbsp Honey or maple syrup Adjust to taste; can be omitted for a less sweet smoothie.
  • 1 cup Ice cubes Use frozen strawberries for a thicker texture instead.

Preparation
  1. Wash the fresh strawberries well, hull them, and cut them in half.
  2. In a blender, add the strawberries, Greek yogurt, milk, protein powder, and honey or maple syrup.
  3. Toss in a handful of ice cubes for that refreshing chill.
  4. Secure the lid on your blender and blend everything on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed, then blend again briefly to combine.
  6. Pour your smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately!

Notes

Use frozen fruit for extra creaminess. Adjust your sweetness to preference. Add spinach for added nutrients, and experiment with different milk types for different flavors.
