- Wash the fresh strawberries well, hull them, and cut them in half.
- In a blender, add the strawberries, Greek yogurt, milk, protein powder, and honey or maple syrup.
- Toss in a handful of ice cubes for that refreshing chill.
- Secure the lid on your blender and blend everything on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed, then blend again briefly to combine.
- Pour your smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately!
Notes
Use frozen fruit for extra creaminess. Adjust your sweetness to preference. Add spinach for added nutrients, and experiment with different milk types for different flavors.
