- In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract. Stir well to combine.
- Add honey or maple syrup to sweeten according to your taste. Mix until everything is well blended.
- Gently fold in the chopped strawberries, reserving a few slices for topping later.
- Pour the mixture into individual jars or containers with lids.
- Seal the jars and place them in the fridge for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
Serving
- In the morning, give your oats a good stir and top with extra strawberry slices, a drizzle of honey, or nuts for crunch.
Notes
Store in the fridge for up to 5 days. You can freeze the base mixture without toppings too. For warm oats, microwave the mixture for about a minute.
