  1. Wash the strawberries and remove the stems. Slice them in half for easier blending.

  3. Blend on high until the mixture is creamy and well-combined; blend a little longer or add more ice for a slushy texture.
  4. Taste and adjust the sweetness or acidity if needed, then blend briefly to combine any adjustments.
  5. Pour into glasses and enjoy, garnished with a strawberry or a sprig of mint.

Notes

For an extra refreshing experience, chill your serving glasses before pouring. Consider adding ginger or vanilla for a twist. For an adult version, add a splash of rum or vodka.
