Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth, leaving some small lumps.
- Add sugar and eggs to the mashed bananas, mixing until just combined.
- Sprinkle in flour, baking soda, and salt into the mixture, and gently fold together.
- Fold in the chopped strawberries carefully to avoid crushing them.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spoon.
Baking
- Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
