  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice Fresh lime juice is best, can substitute with lemon juice.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Fresh minced garlic can be used for more flavor.
  • 1 pinch Salt Use sea or kosher salt for best results.

Preparation
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise and Sriracha, starting with a small amount of Sriracha for milder spice.
  2. Add the fresh lime juice and garlic powder, stirring until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste the sauce and season with a pinch of salt, adjusting Sriracha or lime juice according to your preference.
  4. Mix until fully combined and transfer to a sealed container if making ahead of time.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week. Avoid freezing as it may affect texture. Stir in a little water or more lime juice to loosen before serving.
