  • 1/4 cup Honey Use local honey for extra flavor.
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce Tamari is a great gluten-free alternative.
  • 1-2 tbsp Sriracha or chili sauce Adjust according to your spice tolerance.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced; freshly minced is best.
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil Feel free to use any neutral oil.
  • 1/4 cup Fresh herbs Like parsley or cilantro, optional.

Preparation
  1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, sriracha, and minced garlic. Set this aside.
Cooking
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  2. Add the chicken to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 6-8 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  3. Pour the honey mixture over the chicken and stir well to coat all pieces. Let it simmer for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  4. Sprinkle fresh herbs over the chicken and mix well before serving.
  5. Serve warm and enjoy the aroma before digging in.
