Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Frozen Mixed Berries
  • 1/2 cup Vanilla Greek Yogurt full-fat or low-fat
  • 1/4 cup Milk any kind (dairy or non-dairy), plus more if needed
  • 1-2 tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup optional, to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • a few Fresh Mint Leaves for garnish, optional

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Serving bowls

Method

Preparation
  1. Add the frozen mixed berries, vanilla Greek yogurt, milk, honey or maple syrup (if using), and vanilla extract to a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. If you prefer a thinner, more 'soup-like' consistency, add an additional splash of milk, one tablespoon at a time, until desired thickness is reached.
Serving
  1. Pour the berry dessert soup into two chilled serving bowls. Garnish with a few fresh mint leaves, if desired, and serve immediately for a refreshing treat.

Notes

For an even colder dessert soup, chill your serving bowls in the freezer for 10-15 minutes before blending. If you don't have frozen berries, use fresh berries and add 3-4 ice cubes to the blender for a similar chilled effect. Adjust sweetness to your preference.
