Preparation
- Add the frozen mixed berries, vanilla Greek yogurt, milk, honey or maple syrup (if using), and vanilla extract to a high-speed blender.
- Blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. If you prefer a thinner, more 'soup-like' consistency, add an additional splash of milk, one tablespoon at a time, until desired thickness is reached.
Serving
- Pour the berry dessert soup into two chilled serving bowls. Garnish with a few fresh mint leaves, if desired, and serve immediately for a refreshing treat.
Notes
For an even colder dessert soup, chill your serving bowls in the freezer for 10-15 minutes before blending. If you don't have frozen berries, use fresh berries and add 3-4 ice cubes to the blender for a similar chilled effect. Adjust sweetness to your preference.
