  • 0.5 cups unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 cups cream cheese, softened Make sure the cream cheese is softened at room temperature for easy mixing.
  • 1 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cups whipped cream
  • 0.5 cups fruit preserves (such as grape or strawberry) You can experiment with different types of fruit preserves.

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter; mix well and press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat together the peanut butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Stir in vanilla extract and then fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
  5. Pour the peanut butter mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of fruit preserves on top and use a knife to swirl gently.
Baking
  1. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the center is set.
  2. Let cool before refrigerating for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

Serve chilled. For an extra touch, drizzle some chocolate sauce or more fruit preserves over each piece. To store, cover tightly with plastic wrap or aluminum foil and refrigerate. Best enjoyed within a week.
