Crisp Topping

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the peaches and place them in a baking dish. Drizzle the lemon juice over the top.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the peaches with brown sugar and a sprinkle of cinnamon and toss.
Topping Preparation
  1. In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, oats, brown sugar, and a dash of cinnamon.
  2. Add melted butter, using your fingers to combine until crumbly.
Assembly and Baking
