Preparation
- Start by crushing your Oreos into small pieces using a zip-lock bag and rolling pin, or a food processor for a finer crumble.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir until well incorporated and smooth.
- Gently fold the crushed Oreos into the yogurt mixture, ensuring they're evenly distributed without over-mixing.
- Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or ice cube trays, pressing down lightly to pack them in.
- Pop them in the freezer and let them chill for about 2-4 hours or until solid.
- Once frozen, carefully remove the bites from the molds and enjoy!
Notes
For a creamier texture, use full-fat yogurt. You can use store-bought crushed Oreo cookie crumbs for speed.
