- Wash the nectarines thoroughly. Slice them in half, remove the pit, and cut them into chunks.
- In a blender, combine the nectarines, Greek yogurt, honey, and milk.
- Add a handful of ice cubes to the blender.
- Blend on high until creamy and well combined, scraping down the sides if necessary.
- Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness with more honey if desired, then blend again.
- Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately.
Notes
For a thicker smoothie, add more yogurt or a frozen banana. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 day, or freeze for later use.
