- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add chicken broth, heavy cream, sun-dried tomatoes, red pepper flakes, and Italian seasoning. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese and cooked pasta. Toss to combine.
- Slice chicken and place on top. Garnish with fresh basil and more Parmesan if desired.
Notes
For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream and reduce the cheese.
