small tapioca pearls (sago)

ripe mangoes
peeled and diced

coconut milk

condensed milk

Instructions
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add sago pearls and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Turn off the heat, cover the pot, and let sago sit for another 10 minutes until translucent. Drain and rinse with cold water.
In a bowl, combine coconut milk, condensed milk, and water. Mix well.
Add cooked sago and diced mangoes into the milk mixture. Stir gently.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
You can blend half the mangoes into a puree for a richer mango flavor!
