Method
- Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add sago pearls and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Turn off the heat, cover the pot, and let sago sit for another 10 minutes until translucent. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a bowl, combine coconut milk, condensed milk, and water. Mix well.
- Add cooked sago and diced mangoes into the milk mixture. Stir gently.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
You can blend half the mangoes into a puree for a richer mango flavor!
