Italian Sliders

Ingredients
  

Slider Base

  • 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls or any soft dinner rolls
  • 1/2 lb ham thinly sliced
  • 1/4 lb salami thinly sliced
  • 1/4 lb pepperoni thinly sliced
  • 6 slices provolone cheese

Topping

  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp parmesan cheese grated

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
  • Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom half in the baking dish.
  • Layer the ham, salami, pepperoni, and provolone cheese evenly over the rolls.
  • Place the top half of the rolls over the layers.
  • Mix melted butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and grated Parmesan cheese in a bowl.
  • Brush the butter mixture evenly over the top of the sliders.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 5 minutes until golden brown.
  • Remove from oven, let cool slightly, then serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, add banana peppers or a drizzle of balsamic glaze before serving!
