- Mash the ripe bananas in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
- Mix in the cottage cheese, eggs, and honey until well combined.

- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Pour the batter into your prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Bake for about 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
