Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, salt, black pepper, and half of the ketchup. Mix well.
- Transfer mixture to the loaf pan and shape into a loaf.
- Spread the remaining ketchup over the top of the loaf.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add finely chopped onions, garlic, or herbs to the mixture.
