Method
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour marinade over them. Let sit for 15 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Oil the grates to prevent sticking.
- Place salmon skin-side down on the grill. Grill for 4-5 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
- Remove from grill and garnish with fresh dill, if using. Serve immediately.
Notes
You can substitute dill with parsley or chives. Serve with grilled vegetables or rice for a full meal.
