- Rinse your spinach (or kale) under cold water to remove any dirt or grit.

- Toss in the chia seeds and sweetener if using.
- Start on a low setting and increase speed until you achieve a creamy texture.
- If you like it sweeter, add a bit more honey or syrup, and blend again.
- Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy right away!
Notes
This smoothie is best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours. For quick smoothies, freeze leftovers in an ice cube tray and blend later.
