Ingredients
  

Fruit Salad
  • 1 cup strawberries sliced
  • 1 cup grapes halved
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup mandarin oranges drained if canned
Dressing
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, add all the chopped fruits.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract.
  3. Pour the yogurt dressing over the fruit and gently toss to coat evenly.
  4. Serve immediately or chill in the fridge for 10–15 minutes before serving.

Notes

You can switch up the fruits depending on what's in season. Add some granola or nuts for extra crunch if desired.
