Ingredients
  

Peach Filling

  • 4 cups fresh peaches sliced
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Cobbler Topping

  • 1 cup gluten-free flour blend
  • 1/2 cup milk dairy or non-dairy
  • 1/3 cup butter melted
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine peaches, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Pour into a greased baking dish.
  • In another bowl, whisk together gluten-free flour, baking powder, and milk. Stir in melted butter until smooth.
  • Pour the batter evenly over the peach mixture.
  • Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Let cool for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

For a dairy-free option, use non-dairy milk and vegan butter. Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for extra indulgence!
