  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
Cobbler Topping
  • 1 cup gluten-free flour blend
  • 1/2 cup milk dairy or non-dairy
  • 1/3 cup butter melted
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine peaches, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Pour into a greased baking dish.

  4. Pour the batter evenly over the peach mixture.
  5. Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
