Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine peaches, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Pour into a greased baking dish.
In another bowl, whisk together gluten-free flour, baking powder, and milk. Stir in melted butter until smooth.
Pour the batter evenly over the peach mixture.
Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
