- Cook the tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season the steak pieces with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steak for 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt the butter and sauté the garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream, parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. Stir and simmer until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Add the cooked tortellini and steak back to the skillet. Toss until everything is well coated in the garlic cream sauce.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, add sautéed mushrooms or spinach to the sauce before returning the steak to the skillet.
