Method
 

Cooking the Potatoes
  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the baby potatoes and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, or until golden and tender.
  3. Remove the potatoes from the skillet and set aside.
Cooking the Steak
  1. In the same skillet, add more olive oil if necessary and then add the steak bites. Cook until browned and cooked to your desired doneness, about 3-4 minutes.
  2. Stir in the garlic butter until melted and coats the steak bites evenly.
  3. Return the potatoes to the skillet, toss gently to combine with the steak and garlic butter.
  4. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

To store leftovers, allow the dish to cool completely and transfer it to an airtight container. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Best when eaten fresh.
