Cooking the Potatoes
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the baby potatoes and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, or until golden and tender.
- Remove the potatoes from the skillet and set aside.
Cooking the Steak
- In the same skillet, add more olive oil if necessary and then add the steak bites. Cook until browned and cooked to your desired doneness, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the garlic butter until melted and coats the steak bites evenly.
- Return the potatoes to the skillet, toss gently to combine with the steak and garlic butter.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
To store leftovers, allow the dish to cool completely and transfer it to an airtight container. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Best when eaten fresh.
