Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Fold in 1 cup of Fruity Pebbles.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and sprinkle the remaining Fruity Pebbles on top.
Baking
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes in the pan before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, refrigerate for up to a week, or freeze for up to three months. Ensure to wrap it tightly before freezing.
