Ingredients
  

Cookies
  • 1 package refrigerated sugar cookie dough
Cream Cheese Frosting
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Fruit Toppings
  • 1/2 cup strawberries sliced
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup kiwi peeled and diced

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice the refrigerated sugar cookie dough and place pieces on the baking sheet, spacing them slightly apart.
  3. Bake for 10–12 minutes until the edges are lightly golden. Remove and allow the cookies to cool completely.
  4. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  5. Spread a layer of the cream cheese frosting on each cooled cookie.
  6. Top each cookie with sliced strawberries, blueberries, and kiwi.
  7. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.

Notes

You can use any fresh fruit you like such as raspberries, mango, pineapple, or grapes. For extra shine, brush the fruit lightly with warmed apricot jam.
