Ingredients
  

Dough

  • 1 lb pizza dough store-bought or homemade

Filling

  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1/4 cup bell peppers chopped
  • 1/4 cup black olives sliced

Topping

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
  • Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border.
  • Layer mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, bell peppers, and black olives on top of the sauce.
  • Carefully roll the dough into a log, tucking in the sides as you go.
  • Place seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Brush the top with olive oil and sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
