- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border.
- Layer mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, bell peppers, and black olives on top of the sauce.
- Carefully roll the dough into a log, tucking in the sides as you go.
- Place seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the top with olive oil and sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
