Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border.
Layer mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, bell peppers, and black olives on top of the sauce.
Carefully roll the dough into a log, tucking in the sides as you go.
Place seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush the top with olive oil and sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
