- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.
- Microwave on high in 30-second intervals, stirring between intervals, until smooth and melted (about 1-2 minutes total).
- Stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a lined square baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until completely set.
- Once firm, lift the fudge out of the dish using the parchment paper and cut into squares.
Notes
Store tightly wrapped in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or in the freezer for up to 2 months. Microwave for a few seconds to soften if necessary.
