Ingredients

Base Ingredients
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (any flavor will work for a creamy, rich texture)
  • 1 cup Fresh or frozen fruits (like berries, bananas, or peaches; use your favorites or whatever is in season)
  • 2 tablespoons Honey or maple syrup (to add a touch of sweetness; optional for lower sugar option)
Optional Mix-ins
  • 1/2 cup Optional mix-ins (like granola, nuts, or shredded coconut for added crunch)

Method

Preparation
  1. In a blender, combine your Greek yogurt and sweetener (if using). Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. If using fresh fruit, wash and chop it into small pieces. For frozen fruit, let it sit out for a few minutes to soften slightly, then pulse it in the blender for a chunkier texture if you prefer.
  3. Fold your chosen fruit into the yogurt mixture gently, ensuring it’s evenly distributed but not completely blended.
  4. Using a spoon or a piping bag, fill silicone molds or paper cups with the yogurt-fruit mixture, leaving a little space at the top.
  5. Place the molds in the freezer and let them set for at least 4 hours or until completely frozen.
Serving
  1. Once frozen, pop them out of the molds and serve immediately, or store them in a container for later!

Notes

Silicone molds are recommended for easy removal of the frozen bites. These yogurt bites can be stored in the freezer for optimal texture and can be frozen for up to 3 months. No need to reheat, just let them sit at room temperature for a softer bite if desired.
