  • 2 pieces chicken breasts boneless and skinless, sliced
  • 8 oz bowtie pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 lemon zest and juice
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tsp salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced chicken breasts and cook until golden and cooked through, about 5–7 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Stir in heavy cream, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Bring to a simmer.
  5. Add grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir until cheese is melted and sauce is creamy.
  6. Add cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat evenly. Cook 1–2 more minutes to heat through.
  7. Serve warm, garnished with extra Parmesan and lemon zest if desired.

Notes

For extra flavor, add fresh herbs like parsley or basil before serving. You can also use rotisserie chicken for a faster version.
