Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a square baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, melt the butter. Let it cool slightly, then whisk in the brown sugar until well combined.
- Add in the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Be careful not to overmix!
- Gently fold in your favorite Easter candies, ensuring even distribution throughout the batter.
Baking
- Pour the batter into your prepared baking pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out mostly clean.
- Allow the blondies to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then lift them out of the pan using the parchment paper and let them cool completely on a wire rack.
Serving
- Once cooled, slice into squares and enjoy!
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5-7 days. Freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the microwave or oven if preferred warm.
