Ingredients
  

Chocolate Base
  • 200 g dark chocolate preferably 70% cocoa, chopped
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 tsp rose water optional, for authentic Dubai flavor
To Serve
  • 12 fresh strawberries washed and dried
  • 1 tbsp crushed pistachios optional, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Melt the dark chocolate using a double boiler over gentle heat.
  2. Once melted, stir in the heavy cream and rose water until smooth.
  3. Dip each strawberry halfway into the chocolate mixture.
  4. Place on a parchment-lined tray and sprinkle with crushed pistachios if desired.
  5. Let the chocolate set for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

You can refrigerate dipped strawberries for a firmer chocolate shell. Experiment with flavor by adding cardamom or saffron to the chocolate mix.
