- Melt the dark chocolate using a double boiler over gentle heat.
- Once melted, stir in the heavy cream and rose water until smooth.
- Dip each strawberry halfway into the chocolate mixture.
- Place on a parchment-lined tray and sprinkle with crushed pistachios if desired.
- Let the chocolate set for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
You can refrigerate dipped strawberries for a firmer chocolate shell. Experiment with flavor by adding cardamom or saffron to the chocolate mix.
