Ingredients
  

Chocolate Base

  • 200 g dark chocolate preferably 70% cocoa, chopped
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 tsp rose water optional, for authentic Dubai flavor

To Serve

  • 12 fresh strawberries washed and dried
  • 1 tbsp crushed pistachios optional, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Melt the dark chocolate using a double boiler over gentle heat.
  • Once melted, stir in the heavy cream and rose water until smooth.
  • Dip each strawberry halfway into the chocolate mixture.
  • Place on a parchment-lined tray and sprinkle with crushed pistachios if desired.
  • Let the chocolate set for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

You can refrigerate dipped strawberries for a firmer chocolate shell. Experiment with flavor by adding cardamom or saffron to the chocolate mix.
