Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash the cucumbers and cut them into thin slices or cubes.

  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Notes

Cucumber Mint Salad is best served fresh. If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the fridge. This salad is best eaten within a day or two, adding the mint and dressing only before serving to keep the salad fresh.
