  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese divided
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 8 oz lump crab meat picked over for shells
  • 2 tbsp chopped green onions optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth.
  • Stir in half of the shredded cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, and garlic powder.
  • Gently fold in the crab meat and optional green onions.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top. Serve warm with crackers or bread.

Notes

You can prepare the dip a day ahead and refrigerate it until ready to bake. Feel free to add hot sauce for extra heat!
