Ingredients

  • 1 cup Frozen Cranberries for tartness and chill
  • 1 large Navel Orange peeled, segmented, all white pith and seeds removed
  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt plain, full-fat for creaminess and protein
  • 1/2 cup Almond Milk unsweetened, or milk of choice
  • 1-2 tsp Honey or Maple Syrup optional, to taste
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Ice Cubes optional, for extra thickness and chill, if cranberries aren't fully frozen

Equipment

  • Blender

Method

  1. Combine the frozen cranberries, segmented orange, Greek yogurt, almond milk, honey (or maple syrup if using), and vanilla extract in a high-speed blender.
  2. If using, add the optional ice cubes. Blend all ingredients on high until completely smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides of the blender with a spatula as needed to ensure everything is incorporated.
  3. Pour the vibrant Cranberry Orange Vitamin C Boost Smoothie into a glass and serve immediately for a refreshing and nutritious breakfast.

Notes

For an extra Vitamin C boost, consider adding a scoop of Vitamin C powder or a few pieces of frozen mango. Adjust sweetness to your preference. If you prefer a thinner smoothie, add a splash more milk; for a thicker consistency, add more frozen cranberries or ice.
