Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1 pound steak (sirloin or ribeye, cut into bite-sized pieces) Choose good quality steak for the best flavor and tenderness.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust as needed.
For the Cowboy Butter
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional) Adjust to taste.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix softened butter, garlic, parsley, chives, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, and cayenne pepper until well combined. Set aside.
  2. Season steak bites with salt and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add seasoned steak bites to the skillet and sear for 2-3 minutes until browned and cooked to your liking.
  3. Remove steak bites from heat and toss with the cowboy butter until melted and well-coated.
Serving
  1. Serve warm, with extra cowboy butter for dipping.

Notes

If you have leftovers, let them cool down, and then place them in an airtight container. You can store them in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet on low heat, adding a little bit of butter or oil.
