Ingredients
  

Mousse Base

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain, unsweetened
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder unsweetened
  • 2 tbsp milk any type
  • 1 tbsp sweetener honey, maple syrup, or stevia
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract optional

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, protein powder, cocoa powder, milk, sweetener, and vanilla extract.
  • Using a hand mixer, blend until smooth and fluffy.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes for a thicker consistency.
  • Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

For extra creaminess, fold in some whipped coconut cream before chilling.
