  • 2 ripe avocados peeled and pitted
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or other sweetener of choice
  • 1/4 cup almond milk or any plant-based milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender.
  2. Blend until completely smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides as needed.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
  4. Spoon into serving cups and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
