Main Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados peeled and pitted
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or other sweetener of choice
  • 1/4 cup almond milk or any plant-based milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender.
  • Blend until completely smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides as needed.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
  • Spoon into serving cups and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes
