Ingredients
  

For the Filling
  • 1 package cream cheese, softened Softened for easy mixing
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, etc.) Feel free to mix different berries
For the Tortillas
  • 4 large flour tortillas
For Cooking
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Butter or cooking spray for frying

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on each tortilla, leaving a small border.
  3. Scatter fresh berries over the cream cheese.
  4. Roll each tortilla tightly and set aside.
Cooking
  1. In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and coat it with butter or cooking spray.
  3. Roll each tortilla in the cinnamon sugar mixture and then fry until golden and crisp on both sides.
  4. Remove and let cool slightly before slicing into pieces and serving.

Notes

Serve warm after frying. For an extra sweet touch, pair with ice cream or drizzle with chocolate sauce. For a pretty presentation, dust with powdered sugar.
