- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice, and lime juice to the shaker.
- Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
- Strain into a chilled glass filled with fresh ice.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge or a cherry, if desired.
Notes
For an extra indulgent twist, drizzle some dark rum on top before serving. You can also blend all ingredients with ice for a frozen version.
