Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a pie dish or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
- In a large bowl, combine your cookie dough, eggs, vanilla, and a pinch of salt. Stir until everything is well incorporated.
- Gently mix in your chosen candies until evenly distributed.
- Spread the dough mixture evenly in the prepared pie dish.
Baking
- Place the pie in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, until the edges are golden brown and the center is just slightly set.
- Let the pie cool in the dish for about 10-15 minutes before slicing into wedges.
Notes
Serve warm or at room temperature; adding a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream is recommended. Store in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze baked slices for up to a month.
