Assemble Your Breakfast Banana Split
  1. Peel the banana and slice it lengthwise down the middle. Place the two halves in a banana split dish or a shallow breakfast bowl, along the long sides.
  2. Spoon the Greek yogurt between the two banana halves, filling the center of the bowl.
  3. Artfully arrange the mixed berries, kiwi slices, and diced mango over and around the yogurt.
  4. Sprinkle the granola, chopped nuts, and shredded coconut evenly over the fruit and yogurt.
  5. Finish with a generous drizzle of honey or maple syrup over the entire breakfast banana split. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Feel free to customize your Breakfast Banana Split with other fruits like sliced peaches, grapes, or pineapple. For an extra protein boost, add a scoop of protein powder to your yogurt before spooning it in. A sprinkle of chia seeds or flax seeds can also add more fiber and omega-3s.
