Preparation
  1. If using fresh pineapple, peel and chop it into small chunks. Rinse the blueberries.
Blending
  1. In a blender, combine the blueberries, pineapple, yogurt, banana, and your choice of milk or juice.
  2. If you like your smoothie sweeter, drizzle in some honey or maple syrup.
  3. Blend on high until everything is smooth and creamy. Add more milk if it’s too thick.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness or fruit as desired; blend again if making adjustments.
Serving
  1. Pour your smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately.

Notes

For a thicker smoothie, use frozen fruits. You can add spinach or kale for extra nutrition without compromising flavor. Try using avocado for creaminess. This smoothie can also work as a base for smoothie bowls topped with granola, nuts, and seeds.
