  • 2 medium Peaches Ripe, fresh or frozen
  • 1 medium Banana Can be swapped with avocado
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt Can use non-dairy yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Honey or maple syrup Optional for sweetness
  • 1 handful Spinach or kale Optional, for added greens
  • 1 cup Almond milk Any plant-based milk or regular milk

Preparation
  1. Prepare your ingredients: Wash and slice fresh peaches or toss in frozen fruit.
  2. Add blueberries, peaches, and banana to your blender.
  3. Scoop in Greek yogurt for a rich consistency.
  4. Drizzle in honey or maple syrup if desired.
  5. Add almond milk to help blend smoothly.
  6. If using, add spinach or kale now.
  7. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds.
  8. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by blending again.
  9. Serve immediately in your favorite glass.

Notes

Smoothies are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Freeze in a container for up to a month for later enjoyment.
