Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef lean
  • 1/2 cup onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • 1/2 cup dill pickles sliced
  • 1/2 cup Big Mac sauce see notes for recipe

Instructions
 

  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and chopped onion until the beef is browned and the onion is translucent. Season with salt and pepper. Drain excess fat if necessary.
  • Warm the flour tortillas in a microwave or on a skillet until pliable.
  • Spread a generous tablespoon of Big Mac sauce onto each tortilla.
  • Layer the cooked beef mixture, shredded lettuce, a slice of American cheese, sliced pickles, and additional sauce if desired onto each tortilla.
  • Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly to form a wrap. Slice in half if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

To make the Big Mac sauce, combine 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons finely chopped dill pickles, 1 tablespoon yellow mustard, 1 teaspoon white vinegar, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, and 1/4 teaspoon onion powder.
