Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen) Use strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries.
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt Dairy-free yogurt can be used.
  • 1 scoop protein powder Choose your favorite flavor.
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy) Almond milk, oat milk, or regular milk all work well.
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup Optional, adjust based on berries' sweetness.
  • 1 handful spinach Optional, adds nutrients.

Method

Preparation
  1. Gather your ingredients: Have everything on the counter for easy access.
  2. Blend the berries: If using frozen, let them sit out for a few minutes to soften slightly. Then, add the mixed berries to a blender.
  3. Add yogurt: Scoop in the Greek yogurt for that creamy texture.
  4. Incorporate protein powder: Include your protein powder of choice for an extra boost.
  5. Pour in the milk: This will help everything blend together smoothly. Start with less and add more if necessary.
  6. Sweeten it up (if desired): Drizzle in some honey or maple syrup for added sweetness.
  7. Blend it up: Blend until smooth, thick, and creamy. If it’s too thick, add more milk until you reach your desired consistency.
  8. Taste and adjust: Give it a taste and adjust sweetness or thickness as needed. Just blend a bit more if you add anything.
  9. Serve immediately: Pour into a glass and enjoy your berry goodness.

Notes
